Charles Gray has spent 25 years in construction, making sure things are built right from the start. One of his key responsibilities was pre-inspecting job sites to catch any issues before the official city or state inspectors arrived, helping projects stay on track and avoid delays. His hands-on experience and attention to detail have given him a deep understanding of how homes should be built, making him a knowledgeable and reliable home inspector. He also loves to keep learning, always staying up to date with the latest building standards and best practices.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Charles is all about family and the outdoors. He runs a small hobby farm where he raises chickens for fresh eggs and livestock for his family, and he grows a vegetable garden every year. He also enjoys chopping firewood, hanging outside, and—his favorite—spending time with his grandkids. Whether it’s Nerf gun battles, water fights in the summer, or big family dinners, being a grandpa is his greatest joy. No matter what he’s doing, Charles brings the same dedication and passion to both his work and his family.
